Psychiatric Center we have adopted a new philosophy that will enable our
facility to become "WORLD FAMOUS" with
in the UT-Houston system.
What's it all about you ask?
Well, FISH is a playful concept that employs a very serious analogy between
working in an extremely difficult environment and having fun while doing it.
FISH is not an in-service but an on-going philosophical process that
generates high energy and high morale in the delivery of every day job
related tasks. The purpose of FISH is to inspire the staff to embrace the
power they have in creating a more interesting, playful, profitable, and
energetic workplace for themselves, and facility for our customers. By
enhancing worker's attitudes we will create an enjoyable work environment.
